Good acting and a good script make this romance/drama movie a recommended viewing experience for people of any age to watch and enjoy.
Paige and Eddie meet and fall in love but it isn't and it can't be all smooth sailing because Paige has had a 'typical' upbringing and is studying to be a doctor and Eddie happens to be a prince who is taking time out to try and live a 'normal' life - one of them it seems will have to give up what they are/wanting to become...

I usually like romantic comedies, but this one was for the birds. Maybe the robin, our state bird here in Wisconsin. Then again, maybe not, since this movie seemed to get ALL the Wisconsin stuff wrong.

People outside on Thanksgiving in just long sleeves? Not where I live. I mean, they could have chosen from about ten other midwestern states if all they wanted was that 'naive farm girl meets big-city boy' feel (which is lame and predictable, by the way).

I like Julia Stiles, and the young man was okay, but getting the local stuff wrong was a turnoff, and it really kind of took me out of the movie.

MAN I HATE THIS MOVIE! for starters, it went on and on and on! and secondly julia stiles is just such a boring actress, and has no stlye or charisma, which made this hard to watch and enjoy. the storyline was also gaping with plot holes, which was also annoying. a boring take on a chick flick, this will just anger you like it angered me most likely.

I found this movie a little lame and slightly cheesy in some parts. It was a very typical chick flick that fans of this genre will enjoy but may find a little boring in some places. It's not the greatest acting and a little disappointing to see Julia Styles in such a type-cast role - the girl in the chick flick. Not bad though and would recommend for a nice easy watch.

OKay, lets start with the fact this movie came out when out mary married fredrick, an america marrying the dane prince, or at least getting close...I'd like it but it's not a for sure add to the collection...It's a story that i guess these days you would believe but i am soo not sure it would happen too often..Except for mary..worth a look if you like the stars otherwise rent it!!

The Prince and Me is what I would say is a reasonable viewing experience, great to settle down for teens and even adults to watch on a winter afternoon or night, don't expect *too* much and you'll enjoy it for what it is - a feel good, nice drama/romance story.

this movie is ok. i only really watched it because i saw it had a fgew hollywood stars in here like julia stiles. the storyline isn't so original but it is generally entertaining. its a good filler for a rainy night in or just a quiet afternoon. see this if you are a fan of teh actors in here, otherwise i wouldn't bother.

OMG i HATED this movie with a PASSION!!!!!!!!! the storyline was good, however while watching the movie i just found it unbearable! julie styles is not a very good actor, and cannot hold the attention of the audience for very long, as at times she was an unlikeable character. i would not recommend this movie to anyone unless they are hardout fans of rom-coms, with not much com.

It deals with the will I or wont I? issues similar to the Princess Diaries series, only the story tries to cram in too much. Some of the themes get lost amongst the plot.

Even so, it is a fairytale romance guaranteed to melt hearts. Stiles is, as usual, stunning at portraying a rather confused character and the supporting cast are equally as talented.

While for slightly more sophisticated audiences that Princess Diaries, it is a royal experience.
