I've always enjoyed a good yoga DVD. I was glad to fint this one coz I didn't feel quite as silly as I usually do in a yoga suit.....When you see people doing yoga in little coloured lyrca I think it changes the mood. This DVD is nice and calm and serene and I just love the blissful serenity of yoga in general. Good for the stressed...you'll love this!
