Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight form an excellent partnership here in Midnight Cowboy. One of the Great buddy dramas in cinema history.
An interesting topic also especially considering this was made in 1969. There is a Great mismatch between the two, as they struggle on the streets of New York. You gradually feel for them as the story progresses as they are just trying to make it big.
If you enjoyed Brokeback Mountain you will enjoy this movie.
