Well it’s arrived. A British comedy that is actually funny. Not only that, but it’s clever, funny, anarchic, funny and refreshing. And it’s funny too. There's nothing like the end of civilization as we know it to rouse a rudderless slacker into action.A guaranteed gut-buster for anyone even vaguely familiar with the fundamentals of zombiedom.
Another fantastic british dark comedy that if you have a dry twisted sense of humor you are going to love this. Based on the day of a trodden on sales rep who turns into the saviour of his friends, you will enjoy the dark humor. If you love zombies and gruesome deaths then this is the film for you. Loved this film and give it a 10 out of 10.

Until she crashes into a tree and is recd by a black police officer called Kenneth. They regroup with 3 more people and find shelter in a closed mall called the Crossroads Mall. While they are searching the mall they find 3 security guards there armed with guns. They all keep on waiting for help to arrive. But they are all running out of ammo, food, and power. And the zombies are approaching the mall in greater number. So they armor 2 normal mall shuttle buses with weapons and a battering ram to go through the crowd of zombies in front of them. They try to make it to the boat docks and take a boat to one of the islands where they find more zombies...
Shaun isn't having the greatest of times: the staff at the appliance store he works in doesn't take him very seriously as temporary boss; his girlfriend Liz has had enough of always meeting at the Winchester Arms along with his best mate; and his relationship with his dad--sorry, stepdad--remains heavily fraught. And now the living dead have risen and are spreading their zombie curse to everyone into which they can get their teeth. Just doesn't seem worth getting out of bed some days.

An ode to one of the greatest zombie films ever made, Shaun of the Dead is a riotous comedy that adds some very comical twists to the survivors of the zombie apocalypse stuck in a mall genre. Fans of horror movies of just about every kind will find plenty of in jokes here, but you don't exclusively have to be a horror fan to find it funny.
This is just such a funny movie. It makes us wonder - how would we react if we had to survive against a zombie reaction? Who would we save?
This is a hilarious jab at all the super gorey-super serious-super scary zombie movies that have been mushrooming up of late.
It does have it's scary and it's sad moments - there are characters that you will go "OOooooh nooo!!!" over. The humour however, is not lost. From simple quips to repeatitive humour to hilarious antics, this movie will have you quoting it over and over with your friends
(my girlfriend and I always yell "OI, PR*CK!") to our housemate upstairs) :P
Brilliant movie, shaun of the dead is so funny, at least 1ce every 10 minutes something funny happens, some of its subtle you dont notice till later and other ones are really un subtle, its just a great movie, though there is alot of cursing in there
