– Customer review on 11/12/2006 One clear, easy-to-follow instructor. Two back-up people, with the three women demonstrating "beginner," "intermediate" and "advanced" techniques for many of the exercises. That gives the workout longevity, and I know what moves to work toward.
The stretching portion is very good. Taken together, the stretching and workout leaves me feeling good -- stretched, long, but good.
