I love this Ronnie Barker comedy, teamed with David Jason & Lynda Baron
it is a classic. The wit is as good today as in the era it is set. It's great when I have ironing to do, I get more done when I play this series.

This one is more for the rabid fans than the casual observer (like me). I like "Open All Hours" and I think Ronnie Barker and David Jason are two of the most immensely gifted comic actors ever to grace our screens. But I don't think I need all 4 seasons of this show - it is overkill, and a little repetitive. So many plump for a best of DVD instead, if you only want a taste of it.
