Life on Mars in an intruiging new dram sci fi series from the UK, which manages to turn a typical cop show on its head. The show does indeed create the world of the past very well, with the music, clothes and cars helping to establish such a reality, but it does have some very hokey moments as well. It is interesting to see the main character try to understand what is going on, and i look forward to seeing the second series immediately
