Synopsis

west wing is a great show. i wasn't really into when it was airing at prime time while it was still running, i got into it during reruns. i wish i had started watching it earlier though because i got really hooked on the exciting and original story lines. it's a great drama for grown ups. alot of great episodes in this season two boxset.
this tv series is such a good show!1 and so now that it has come out in a dvd set...woooaahh thats even better! if you were a fan of this show, or if you still are then i one hundred percent think that you should go out and buy this!
the west wing is the smartest drama on television. here in the second season we find the characters able to be explored in greater depth than season one, while running the white house. although obviously politically biased, the show presents issues in a well thought out way, giving us a view of what we wish politics could be. riviting.
Top quality drama that presents daily life in the White House... Martin Sheen is superb as President Bartlett... we find out he has been suffering from a terrible ailment... West Wing's 2nd season won the Best Drama Series Emmy and Golden Globe Awards... all 22 episodes of this 2nd season are here... very good, highly lauded drama...
Lauded as the best written show on television, The West Wing offers nothing but the best TV can offer. Don't be put off by the mention of politics, though it is what is central to the show it is more of a character driven show than anything. Aaron Sorkin, creator of Sports Night and the not-yet-screened in New Zealand 'Studio 60' hits the nail on the head with this show. A constant reminder of what television could and should be.
