Synopsis

When his accountant embezzles $30 million, international arms dealer Jozef The Hawk Bostanescu has him executed, but not before the dead mans widow, Nadia, makes off with the money earmarked for the purchase of - a Razor - a black market nuclear weapon. With the future of his deal in jeopardy, the Hawk will stop at nothing to locate Nadia and recover his missing millions. What he doesnt know is that shes in the custody of Sonni Griffith (Snipes), a C.I.A. agent, himself in active pursuit of the Razor. Eluding the Hawks talons through an explosive series of confrontations, ambushes and last-minutes escapes, Griffith must risk his and Nadias lives in a desperate attempt to recover the Razor before the Hawk can carry out his plans to detonate the device on U.S. soil.
