this is the perfect christmas gift for any home cook as Donna walks you through some of her "fast fresh simple" recipes. When cooking it is much easier to watch how the dish evolves than from reading just from a recipe sheet. Donna's approach to cooking is all about easy to make, flavoursome dishes that look amazing when set on the table! And yes, they really are easy!! She gives great tips and has amazing twists on the humble home chicken pot pie, steak and three veg, and pasta carbonara. She also shows easy to cook Chicken chinese (in 1 pot!) and taught me how to tackle the goat's cheese soufflee - I would never have even dreamed of attempting that without having seen how easy she makes it look!
