Finding love was never so... awkward.
Eagle vs Shark is the tale of two socially awkward misfits and the strange ways they try to find love through revenge on high school bullies, burgers, and video games.
This is a Region 4 disc, the local region for Australia.
If you like odd-ball humour you'll like this one. It's about a couple of social misfits who meet over a burger and fries "come on people let's make this happen." - Lily the fast-food resturant cashier and her crush Jarrod (Jemaine Clement). Things go a little further after Lily attends Jarrod's annual "come as your favourite animal party" where you guessed it she goes as a shark and he goes as an eagle.
Eagle vs Shark is a fantastic little comedy that proves again that the New Zealand industry is absolutely destroying the Australian industry. This combines great hilarious side busting comedy wityh some great drama and a very nice story. It is a combination of Flight of the Conchords and Napolean Dynamite and i would recommend it for any fans of those type of comedies. Though its not too cute which is always nice to see. Highly recommended
