I enjoy this DVD and the routines, the setting is lovely and the instructor, Elena Bower is not at all annoying (as are some on yoga DVDs). There are two 30 minute routines, which can be done separately, or together if you have more time. The routines are quite basic, so great for beginners.
i really enjoyed this dvd. it offers two 30 minutes yoga sessions - one for the morning and one for the evening - or you can put them together and practice one hour at a time. there are no lengthy introductions and you can just go straight into the practice and the instructor is not annoying like in some exercise dvd's.
