Unless you have done yoga before and are quite good at it I wouldn't recommend this DVD. The postures are quite advanced in that you need considerable body strength to do them. But on the basis it is supposed to be a weight loss DVD the goal is to work hard and this DVD achieves this. I'm a runner though and do quite a lot of yoga and have found this sequence of poses very hard on my knees.
