This is an incredibly well-made and well-acted film. It is her acting in this that has garnered Noomi Rapace the well-deserved attention of Hollywood. Furthermore, the source material is good enough to warrant an American remake.
Having said that, there are some scenes and themes in this that may be a little too brutal for some. Definitely not for the weak of heart nor those easily offended.
