Goal! was a fabulous soccer movie, depicting the rise of Santiago Munez from a young kid to soccer star. Very enjoyable to watch, especiall the game scenes. I enjoyed Santiago's humour, and the interaction within the team, but the best part was Glen's relationship with the young star. It was a great highlight, and in the end, a very enjoyable movie to watch.
My son loved this movie and has watched it over and over again. - It is a true feel good movie. Starting from nothing Santiago Munez ends up with a dream chance of trialling for newcastle united. He just has to get to England to do it - But he has never played in the cold - never seen mud - never played at the level that is needed in the english pro league. - A good moved for all the family
Well, if you are a true soccer fan, this movie is a must see. If you are a Newcastle United fan, i would say that its a sin not to see this truly dramatic movie. A story about a man trying to achieve his long life goal in a foreign land which never easy. This movie teaches us about will power, determination and courage to know what you want in life and go for your GOAL.
This is a really great movie for everyone, not just soccer fans. It shows that if you believe in something you can end up achieving it. It has a great storyline and you can learn alot of great things from this movie. All the actors in this movie are very good. I highly recommend this movie its a good one to see.
