This movie has something of interest for every red-blooded female of any age - especially for those of us who have an attention span of linger than 10 minutes.
The story line is intriguing, interesting, and consistant (which is more than I can say about some of the later efforts).
The males are entirely different, but each attractive in his own way.
Christopher Lambert manages to give the impression that he hasn't had a bath or shaved in 500 years, while maintaining his lost boy appeal.
Clancy Brown is raw male aggression from start to end.
Sean Connery is - well always wonderful.
Then you have the horses, and when the time period doesn't allow for them you get a classic Mustang instead.
Q@ueen's music is the icing on the cake.

"There can be only one..."

"It's a kind of magic..."

This highly original concept has a group of immortals battling down through history... Christopher Lambert was great as McLeod, and Sean Connery is all class as Ramirez, the Highlander's mentor. Very dated now (white sports shoes with jeans and a trenchcoat?) but still worth a look...
