If you've followed Bear Grylls with his TV episodes, you'll love to own the DVD. Fancy yourself as a bit of an extremist? Bear Grylls shows you how it's done. Finding himself in seemingly impossible situations, he shows you how to survive and even thrive under extreme conditions. My boys/husband absolutely love following his adventures and watch and rewatch his episodes/DVDs - highly recommend for anybody seeking adventure.

I bought this dvd as a gift in conjunction with another from the series and it is much loved. I would have to say that is a good investment if you're up for some adventure, learning a few survival tips and dont have a weak stomach. This series is currently airing on SBS in Australia and I would highly recommend watching an episode before you commit to a whole season as I think it is a select taste. I, however find the episodes enjoyable, funny and interesting and my friends and family enjoy it.
