Touching story about a young girl who is getting to the age where she starts to notice the opposite sex. Funny and moving at the same time, My Girl isn't a kiddie sort of film, but one the whole family can enjoy. The cast is good and the script tight.

This is a sweet movie about a young girl, Vada Sultenfuss (played beautifully by Anna Chlumsky), who is obsessed with death... her widowed father (Dan Aykroyd) is an undertaker... Macaulay Culkin plays her friend Thomas J who is a pretty sickly kid... it's a nice comedy and a sweet family movie too... bittersweet, a lovely movie...

aww this movie is so good! one of those classic ones that you must watch in your childhood, as it is so heartwarming, and will have you in tears by the end, and if it does not then you are just cruel and heartless. good acting by all, especially the young ones, this is one movie that will stick in your heart for years to come.

This is definatly a movie to watch. It is such a beautiful storyline that leave you in laughter and tears. With a wonderful star cast it really gives a great message of love and hope. One for the whole family!! highly recommended!!!

This is an absolute awesome movie, and will really appeal to teenage girls. There is a great storyline and great actors/characters. My Girl deals with puberty and death amongst other things, and highlights the emotions that go alongside it. I can't rave enough about this movie definitely recommended!

This is one of my all time favourite classics. It makes you laugh and it makes you cry. with and exceptional story line and unbelieveably purfect casting this is a great movie for all of the family to enjoy. I highly recommend you add this title to your DVD collection.

I thought this was a great movie when I was the age of these characters. I'm actually the same age as Macaulay Culkin so I had a bit of a connection with the movie. Anyway, I thought Anna Chlumsky was very cute and it was a fun little movie to watch. It was a bit sad at one point but I guess it was just showing the reality that some situations can have. I suppose it's aimed at a younger crowd but could be enjoyed by most people.

This was one of my absolute favourites as a kid, and still a great one to watch, particularly if you want one for the whole family. This movie is so touching, so heart-warming, and so tragic all at one. Everyone can identify and understand the young girl Vada as she attempts to make sense of whats happening in her life. A great story that everyone must see

my girl is a great movie that really brings back memories for me. I remember watching it as a kid and i like it now as much as i did back then. Its got such a cute and funny storyline and its a real tear jerker too! i reccommend it to people of all ages- one of my favourite movies!

yep a movie that i went and saw like pretty much every other kid in the world that could. starring a very young macaly culkin when he was like one of the hugest stars in hollywood at the time bringing countless familys to the movies becuase of... hmm not sure what it was that drew us towards him, but it happened all the same and this movie is dfefinately worth a look.
