The actresses in this film are of a high calibre. I highly enjoyed this movie, yet the end of this film continues to confuse me even though I have read the novel. (Lily's fathers motives) I highly recommend this film, the cinematography and soundtrack of this movie are terrific. I think this movie applies to a broad audience of all ages.

I love this movie! This movie is rich with strong, real and failable women. A story about a girl trying to find out who she is by following her limited clues about her mother who died when she was four years old.

You will love this movie if you love Fried Green Tomatoes or Spitfire Grill.

the secret life of bees was in my opinion a good movie that I thought was well written with a well thought out story line.
queen latifah was the stand out actor in this movie due to the excellent acting and well timed delivery of the lines.
If you like drama movies I think you will enjoy this movie and it is recommended by me.
