This is a classic show about an outlaw motorcycle gang in rural california.
Charlie Hunnam plays the lead role of "Jax", the anti-hero biker with a conscience.
Ron Pearlman is great as the club president, as is Katey Sagal as the club matriarch.
There is action, sex, violence and lots of gun-play.
The show has certainly matured over time.
Maggie Siff, the defacto parter of Jax, is an interesting character as well - a resident doctor in the first series, and now (4th series) she is a "neonatal surgeon" - it's quite implausible that a small town hospital would have such a specialist (paediatricians yes, paediatric general surgeons possibly). By the way, after graduating medical school, internship then paediatric surgery residency (4-6yrs), then subspecialty training in neonatal surgery (2-4 yrs) - that's at least 7yrs, a timeframe which hasn't elapsed in the show.

Anyway, a great show, highly recommended.
