Super interesting and really makes about how Mcdonalds runs and is pretty much in control of the fast food industry. It is scary to see the consequences of 'Mcdiet' has a persons body. I reccomend this very much to anyone who enjoys eating fast food regulary. It really makes you think twice about eating out, and the portion sizes of some of things we eat. It was amazing to find out how little of people really know what a calorie is. WATCH IT! it is something you have to see. everyone.

Really good documentary! Film maker Morgan Spurlock decides to test whether food from McDonald's is really as healthy as the company claims or not, by eating it for every meal for 30 days. The title is about McDonald's super size menu (in the US, though stopped since this film), and how one of the rules he sets for himself is that he must agree to get a super size meal if the staff ask him. So after a health check Morgan begins eating McDonald's. Needless to say his health dramatically worsens in 30 days. Fascinating stuff and pretty good at putting people off McDonald's I think! Though, despite the unhealthiness which most people know about, the cleverly modified artificial tastes will keep people going back. Very interesting.
