Her methods combine aerobics, dance and elements of Pilates. Converts work out at her LA studio, but she attributes Gwyenth Paltrow's request for her services to word of mouth. Oh this is great. It is way different to anything I have ever done before. You can feel that it just makes sense. The extras(interviews with Gwyneth and Tracy) are not really needed but it is easy to skip to the workout section. I break it up and do legs and arms in the morning and abs and butt in the arvo. The arm workout is crackingly hard but worth it.
I really love both her mat and dance workouts. Granted, she is a poor instructor and hardly speak at all. But eventually when you get to know the routines it is nice to just hear the music and not the instructor rabbiting on. I do believe if you follow her advice and do the mat dvd 4-6 times a week you WILL get results.
She is a little odd but I like her and she comes across very shy.
I really love her method, and think it makes alot of sense. The DVD is 1hour long and is very repeative. She does a horrible job at instructing and i found it hard to follow and im pretty sure she changes things around and does different reps.
I do enjoy doing the workout though, although it needs to be done like 4-6times a week to make a difference!!!!
Hi there I have tried the product and am very impressed, the workout was a bit challenging at first but even after the first time I felt like my body had a (face) body lift, it was strange, but wow it felt good..... I havent got the cardio dvd yet but will be doing so shortly to go along with it....

I have to agree with the other reviewers, I've done pilates/yoga/gym classes for 10yrs but this is a really unique approach that makes alot of sense. Really challenging too!
i really love this dvd.
personally i have always avoided doing weights, i hate reps, all the starting and stopping. in this dvd all you use are 3pound weights for half of the arm section, all the rest is just using your own body for resistance, but dont think that you dont feel the burn!!
