Turn off your intelligence (in fact switch off your entire brain) don't think whatever you do and you'll enjoy this. It's basically a bunch of computer-generated robots shooting each other and things blowing up (which can be fun). There are a few funny characters mind you- that old robot was funny. Otherwise it's just pretty pictures and no substance.

I thought this movie was very poor. The first movie had some bad points but there were so many good points that it was still awesome. This movie it seems like they've kept everything that was bad and removed all the good stuff. I am being a little harsh here as there were some great scenes such as the fight in the forest but for every good scene there were 5 bad scenes showing the Mum going hysterical and rubbish like that. The end fight goes forever and I found to just be really boring, I couldn't wait for the movie to end.

I was looking forward to seeing Devestator as well and instead of making him this awesome huge monster he instead is this silly looking gorilla that sucks things into its mouth and the first thing that gets sucked into its mouth ends up destroying it!

It focuses on the really irritating transformers like the old jet that starts off being cool but gets old very quickly and the 2 goofy annoying cars.

The only reason I can see to get this on DVD is so that you can skip all the rubbish and maybe it will be a good movie.

Totally enjoyed this movie - particularly the one liners between "characters". My two nephews (aged 4 & 5) are addicted to all things Transformers & we got out the popcorn to watch it on the weekend..... only problem was that we got so into the movie that the popcorrn was forgotten!! Figure that isn't a bad thing & will be watching this movie loads more (based on previous experience with Original movie - good thing I like it!). Epic battle between good & evil continues....
