This film introduced me to the world of lucid dreaming 4 years ago. As a result of such an impact I've all ways held it within my favourite films. All too often terms like 'contemplative' & 'thought provoking' get thrown around film reviews, but I don't think I've ever used them with such sincerity as with Waking Life. A film that touches on the exploring the unconscious, absurdist philosophies, culture, art, dreams & life. Richard Linklater at his best!
