Loved the movie and love this soundtrack. Having seen the movie first it is so easy to remember things that you were seeing on the screen and get into the feel. Great music to sit and relax listening to and nice to have on in the background over dinner and drinks.

I loved this movie and especially the music hence why I purchased the CD. The music is the main story feature of this film this is a love story of a cello player and a guitar player and their meeting. My grandchildren loved this film and when I have it on in the car we talk about it. I love the modern and classical, the "dueling guitars" is fantastic as well as "God Bless the Child" I recommend this CD to everyone it is a must have. As stated on the cover "An incredible journey moving at the speed of sound.

I enjoyed the film so much I purchased the sound track as a reminder of the wonderful feelings the film evoked. The joy of music is something that means a lot to me and especially in the conotations of the film August Rush.

Fantastic sound track to a fantastic film. I would recommend watching the film first (it is out on rental) before getting the soundtrack as the music has far more magic when you can relate the music to the story.

A fantastic soundtrack. I loved the movie and had to have the soundtrack. Fishpond was the only place that had this cd available. I think the soundtrack is even better if you have seen the movie.

Absolutely amazing! This is one of the most astounding soundtracks I have come across and rates up there with Pirates of the Caribbean and Somewhere in Time. The music is amazing to put it simply. Many of the tracks are a fusion of beautiful classical pieces with rock sung by Johnothan Reese Meyers (who by the way has a great voice on him).
A must by even if you haven't seen the film. It is a cd to inspire and to lose yourself in.
