I enjoyed this, this music has a really beautiful feel to it, while not being as proficient as other music of this genre I've heard, it still delivers the goods in a much more positive manner, great music for relaxing to, great music for driving to and in general it's just great music. Reccomended to anybody

It would be almost impossible to beat this recording if you're a fan of Thomas Tallis' music.

I also enjoyed this CD .I felt that there was a bit too much "correctness" in many of the tracts.I felt technical and singing perfection seemed to come before the joyfull sound of people singing their hearts out, but in the second half of each song they seem to have forgotten this and let their hair down, and to me it sounded better.Spem in alium sounded good but it's no fault of the CD that I felt Tallis's other tunes don't match Spem.I listened to the CD on a good quality MP3 player(not an Ipod) and good headphones using a loosless format and could occasionally hear thuds in the left ear piece and just when I was being transported back to Tudor times a 20th century power hum could be briefly heard.These were also there when I played it on my stereo.These noises aren't a big deal and may not be on your CD.I would still recomend this CD and give it 9/10.Pleas take into account that choral music isn't really my forte.
