With Queen officially enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, Hollywood Records reintroduces the band yet again with the release of GREATEST HITS I, II & III. While Volumes I and II are full of Queen classics you already know by heart, the third cobbles together odds and sods from the far corners of Queen's canon along with solo cuts from Freddie Mercury and Brian May.
Opening with the operatic rock classic "Bohemian Rhapsody," it's easy to hear not only how this British quartet achieved the kind of global acclaim that ensured they'd be enshrined alongside the likes of the Beatles and Led Zeppelin. When they weren't dabbling in playful '50s-flavored rock & roll ("Crazy Little Thing Called Love"), catchy glam ("Killer Queen"), or hard-edged funk ("Another One Bites The Dust"), Queen was capable of delivering heartfelt love letters ("You're My Best Friend"). The band's '80s output is equally intriguing, ranging from the hard-hitting "Headlong" to duets with David Bowie ("Under Pressure") and soaring movie anthems ("One Vision"). The third volume features more movie themes ("Princes Of The Universe"), Freddie Mercury covering The Platters ("The Great Pretender"), and cameos by contemporary artists like Wyclef Jean, George Michael and Elton John.

Lovers of Queen will love this special offer- not only all the classic hits; but on Vol3 you also get some of the later collaborations. A MUST have and excellent value for 3 full CDs
Great compilation! Disc one and two are fine. Even bits on disc three but the remix/remake version of Another One Bites The Dust on dics by Wyclef Jean is just appalling.
An excellent album consisting of some of their best songs, a great complication. I enjoyed the majority all of the tracks on here, but felt some of their best work was missing. In spite of this is still a must have to any fan and for the great price you can’t go wrong. Excellent
This is a fantastic collection by one of the best band's in the world. Everyone will know something from this CD collection. It has all their hits, along with a few covers and guest singers. Well worth whatever you pay for it, this CD will go around and around in your stereo-you'll listen to it all the time.

The greatest collection of songs by one of the world's greatest bands, this set of greatest hits albums is the ultimate 70s/80s Pop Rock Opera experience.
REcommnded for even the smallest fan, this will turn anyone into total Queen fanatics. A fantastic compilation series with all of Queen's best songs, from the classics like "bohemian rhapsody" to the smaller European hits.
An excellant compilation of the hits of this awesome pop rock band, it is sure to keep even the biggest fan happy. Recordings from a time before cds were even invented, this cd set is the perfect way to get all those great songs at once. I highly recommend this for any Queen fan, and even just any fan of this style music!
Queen have many many many Greatest Hits. Everybody, of course, knows this. Just listen and enjoy the genius of Freddie, Bryan and friends. Basically, it is all here, all the sheer, unadulterated pageantry, pomp, flamboyance, rock and roll and crazy pop antics. Brilliant singing, brilliant guitar, brilliant songs. Greatest is an apt title for this band.
wow, what more could any queen fan want. this set is great, it contains several discs with all of their great songs on there. my favourites on the whole coolection are Another One Bites The Dust, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, I Want To Break Free, who wants to live forever and the classic, we will rock you.
New Queen fan, Old Queen fan, Veteran Queen fan, Not sure Queen fan, buy this... forget the other ones, this has everything you need, and for $50 for 3 cd's of their greatest with a lovely packaging, there is nothing else you will need
While "Bohemian Rhapsody" has been called song of the millenium, im sure plenty will agree that there are so many more songs that Queen has done that live upto that expectation, if you heard "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" only and thought that was good, which it is, then your lucky, because listening to these songs for the first time in your life is an experience.
I dont think we shall see another vocalist like Freddie Mercury ever.
