Frank Valli also took the title song into the upper reaches of charts all over the world. As for this album, it lingered for 12 weeks at number 1 in America, and topped the British chart for a lucky 13. Even in the 90's several of these tracks are still guaranteed floor-fillers at many a party night, and once again it is showing at a theatre near you. this old school musical is now a cult classic. a movie that made musicals cool! extremely catchy songs. i love this movie. john travolta and olivia newton john have amazing voices and acting skills. my favourite song from grease has to be the upbeat 'yourthe one that i want'. i recommend this to all that were a fan of the movie.

a haha. this movie is so boring. whats up with 30 yr olds playing high schoolers? the soundtrack is catchy but rather annoying and over used. I dont like it... do you? well if you like the music then get Grease's soundtrack but other wise stay far away as it will eat you whole if you go near it. Its not worth getting!

The movie was a hit back in the day, and there are so many movies based around similar themes. Not only are movies based on this movie but musicals, stage productions - many incorporate some or many of the songs.
These songs are so catchy. People will often find the songs in their head even though they haven't seen the movie.
The soundtrack is one to listen to on a summer afternoon especially for those who were teenagers when the movie came out! Bring back the good ole days!

For every one who loved the popular movie. The Grease sound track is great to own. Now you can sing along to those catchy jingles one after another without having to wait for them to come on in the movie. It's great to listen to and be able to sing along.
