Performer Notes
  • Raphael Saadiq continues a streak of throwback-oriented releases with Stone Rollin', his late-`60s/early-`70s soul-inspired fourth studio album. Saadiq says he provided 90 percent of the instrumentation and wrote the same percentage of the material, with assists coming from a handful of artists he admires, including Little Dragon's Yukimi Nagano and Earth, Wind & Fire's Larry Dunn -- both of whom appear on "Just Don't."
