Traditional Japanese music at it's best as the title suggests. Three main exotic instruments such as shakuhachi, koto and taiko drums are blended beautifully or on some tracks as a solo performance, equally pleasant for the ear. Ranging from the rhythmic drumming of taiko drums to the haunting sounds of shakuhachi and the delicates notes of the koto, this CD has a variety of rhythm and texture that is very pleasant for listening.
Traditional far eastern music has a composition, texture and sound that brings inner peace, bringing listener back to balance and feeling happy and refreshed.
