I got this 2 years ago and it has not been broken. It has strong plastic so not going to get broken easily.

It has quiet good range. It is awesome after you mod it(wich is what i have done)

and all the parts to customize with is quiet cool.

my only bad thing about this is that out of my 6 darts 3 have been badly damaged from jaming......wich only seems to happen with the recon

This is such a fun toy - Santa got the kids a big Nerf unit each and mum and dad got these - the kids big and small have had hours of fun - thank goodness for all the shrubs on our property as they provide great cover! Soft impact bullets mean safe fun play and abdo hits being the only acceptable option mean little Miss 7 still has her vision! Neighbours kids have joined the battle with my full moneys worth of entertainment. These guns can take the knocks as well!

this is a very good gun as you can customize for any missions and is great for nerf wars. i got mine about one year and i loved it but then my friend droped it and it completly broke and its so good that i fell like buying 2 so i can customize one and incase it brakes ill have another one.
this is a must have nerf gun for any arsenal

I got this gun a week ago... and it's fun fun fun! Excellent for close quarter combat and easy to prime too! Can hold 6 rounds each magazine, it can actually hold 7 but your gun might jam :P.

Definitely a must buy nerf gun, I like it because it closely resembles an M4 Carbine :D.

this is a dream gun for any little boy mad about guns...interchangeable parts ,good quality sturdy strong and built to last...i am impressed! all that is needed is a constant supply of bullets as they fire so far you are lucky to find them ,but being safe foam bullets they dont hurt should they come into contact accidentally with someone! this will last the distance!

This gun is really cool because of the removal parts and stuff and also gets pretty good ranges..
Very fun to play with and would definitely recommend to everyone who is into nerf. only 1 downside... sometimes the darts get caught in the bolt so that causes the darts to rip.

this gun is awsome its like an smg its so hightec my mum cant use it its got a lser scope and u can attact so much more but the only bad thing is it sometimes clogges wicth causes the darts 2 rip

Possibly the coolest nerf gun ever, the Recon is excellent for close range battles. The fact that it can shoot quikly or just single fire for expert aim. All Nerf are great fun but this one is particularly good. A nerf is the closest legal thing to a real gun which makes it so fun.
