Hey guys my dad just recently went to Singapore on a business trip and i told him to bring me back a longstrike. I just got it today and it is a pretty good gun. here is the review

Range: stock range isn't that great on it infact it is kind of crappy. but what do you expect. I say it would go 30-35 metres. It seems if you shoot a lot the range gets better. Since it has that whole irreversible plunger thing i bet if you took out the AR it would increase it by 10 feet im guessing. It is quite accurate

Looks: This gun is very visionally appeling and has the same digital paint job as the raider. I think that blue looks quite nice on the gun and this a pretty good factor when you are deciding whether to buy it or not. as it suggests on the box it is long but about the same size as the recon when you have the shoulder stock on and the barrel off. I think it looks really cool without the shoulder stock or the barrel on.

Feel: the gun feels pretty good and the shoulder stock is okay. I think it is a good idea to put a bit of padding on the end of the shoulder stock for more comfort. but the gun feels really good in your hands

Modding potential: not as much as the longshot but there is still modding potential. just by replaces the spring and taking out the AR it will get about 75 feet which isn't bad. you can also do mods on it to get rid of the permament attachment on the stock. doesn't look like their is a massive amount of screws either.

All in all this is definetely a good gun. worth a 100 on ebay? i dont think so. this definetely beats the recon, and beats longshot in looks. longshot has way more modding potential. This gun is very appealing because of it looks, and bolt action style. compared to the raider, sure it doesn't look as good but it has more appeal to it than the raider because it isn't so cheap. i recomend to people not to spend crazy amounts of money on this gun but if your dad goes to singapore a lot or if you find a good deal on ebay then i suggest you buy it.

it looks awsome and feels the same its range is kinda average but if you mod it i think it would be alright

This is a good gun, it looks great. The flip sight is okay although not much use. It has poor range with the barrel extension on but without it is has okay range. I highly recommended it

The Nerf longstrike is a very good gun over all it is a. 1 metre long sniper. but unfortunatly it has a reverse plunger system so it only shoots about 20 to 25 feet but it has resonably good modding capabilities. it is basicly a recon in a all around better shell but it dosent get as good ranges as a longshot.
But because it is new i sugest it

A great gun. Build quality is amazing.
Only downfall is the range with the barrel on isn't that far.
However it really is a good gun. Well worth the money.

I highly will NOT recommend this gun. it might look cool, but seriously, mine now shoots 10 ft without the barrel extension. In my mind, I will not recommend this gun until I find a suitable mod for it. Do yourself a favour. Get a longshot.
