The LEGO Mindstorms NXT is a great lego product because the building of it challenges you as well as gives you a lot of fun to play with. Because it is made by Lego, its quality is really good, and it has a good value for money. Altogether, it is a LEGO product with outstanding quality and great value for money.
Why did I attempt to buy this product at this website?????, Again was lead to believe the product was here in Australia, But OOHHHH NO... this product is coming from overseas, fishpond can't ( or won't ) tell me where it is, the NXT 2.0 seemed great price wise at least, but the angst waiting for it we that is another story.
One minute the people at fishpond.com.au informed me that this product was on its way, the next minute they couldn't find it, then when they did find it it was delayed and then to top it all off fishpond don't even insure the product in case it gets lost or stolen (what the???... on such an expensive item).
Oh, and then after many enquiries I was then informed that the Mindtorm was cancelled after waing almost three weeks, and I am still waiting for the $380 odd dollars to be re-credited to my account.
Better still, my son who was to get this present for christmas/birthday, unfortunately will be greatly dissapointed.
