My daughter was given this as a fourth birthday present, and plays with it a lot. She really likes the way the pony talks when you put the stethescope over her heart. It also contains a 'medicine bottle' and spoon. The spoon has a lever, as you pour the midicine the lever can be moved to make the spoon fill with pink. When you administer the medicine you draw the lever back and the spoon 'empties'. It has an ointment tube too.
The only problem is that it doesn't include a bag to keep the equipment in, which means it is hard to keep together. I have made one for her, but prior to this my daughter kept the equipment in a cupboard where she stores her special things because she valued it highly. The pony sleeps with her favourite doll in the crib near her bed (all other dolls live in the toy room).
