This bouncy chair has proved to be invaluable for our family. From when our baby girl was a newborn, we could place her in her chair while we were at the table, in the kitchen, in the shower or just needing to answer the phone. We used it without the overhanging dangly toys at first, but now that she is 6 months old, she plays with them while in the chair. At this age she can be in this seat and be able to look around, rather than be on the floor or propped up on cushions. The seat has a vibrating option which is great for distracting an unsettled baby, and the chair plays music which can be activated by the baby moving, or turned off when it gets to be too much. Well worth purchasing.
