Tegan Haining is a globally respected fitness and wellbeing expert
who has been transforming bodies with incredible success for over
nine years. She began her career as a model at age seventeen
walking the catwalks of Milan and through a career spanning fifteen
years, worked with clients such as Nivea, Seafolly, Jets,
Schwarzkopf and Berlei Lingerie. Igniting a passion to create lean
bodies in a healthy way, Tegan became a trainer, nutritionist and
health coach with a deep understanding of the daily practices
needed to maintain a fit body and mind.
Working at James Duigan's Bodyism in London from 2012, Tegan shared
and developed her strategies while training clients such as David
Beckham, Natalie Imbruglia, Jessica Gomes and Lara Stone. Returning
to Australia in 2016 Tegan featured on Survivor Season 1 before
launching her own online coaching business.
