How does the Schools' Program Work?

To join our schools program, sign up at Schools

If your account is approved, you will receive an email from Fishpond, confirming that you qualify.

Once enabled, you will be able to select a purchase order option at checkout.

When you choose to pay by purchase order, there is a small fee calculated on checkout to cover administration and payment collection.

Books will be shipped to you as they arrive at our warehouse. As such, you can expect to receive your books in multiple shipments.

Once all items have been shipped, we will send an email to the purchaser requesting that the invoice be printed (from your account page: My Account) and passed on to your accounts department or the person responsible for paying accounts.

If we do not receive payment by the 20th of the following month after the final item's ship date, our system will automatically hold all pending orders, until the previous invoice has been paid.

Schools are welcome to pay before all items in an order are shipped, as sometimes, an order contains backordered or pre-release titles.
