Why has school or library order been held?

School orders may be held for the following reasons:

Orders must be paid by 20th of following month after all items have shipped. If an order is not paid by then it becomes overdue and all subsequent orders and unsent titles will be held until payment is received.

If payment has been received without a Remittance Advice it may not have been matched to a payment and an email will be sent requesting the information.
