How do I cancel a product from my order?

You can cancel products from your order through My Fishpond.

From there, click on the order in question and then click the "Need to cancel a product?" below the title you wish to cancel.

This will list the titles that are available to cancel. Select the "Check to Remove" box to remove that item, then press the Continue button.


  • Products which have entered the shipping process cannot be cancelled. This can occur within an hour of receiving your order. If this is the case, you will need to use the returns form to return the item once it arrives.
  • If the item(s) being cancelled have already been paid for, a refund will be processed in the next 1-3 working days.

Customers are advised to expect mail and parcel delivery service disruptions across Queensland and northern NSW.

Tropical Cyclone Debbie has resulted in significant damage and road closures due to weather conditions.
