Brilliant! This is the easiest guide to getting started in permaculture, as it is all mapped out for you. Love the fact that the information is written for Australian climates, so easy to follow and implement. Heaps of information on sowing seeds and establishing seedlings for planting, plus extra info on many of the plants used. Well written, thoroughly recommend this one for all levels of gardener.

This book is a must have for anyone interested in permaculture. It is very easy reading and is a mine of information.

This is an excellent book, with loads of good ideas and advice. I haven't adopted the permaculture system as described in this book in full - seems a little too fiddly for me, though undoubtedly it would work brilliantly - but the author herself says at the start of the book that her intention is to make readers think rather than to dictate a specific way of doing things. I thought this book was very well written and presents a range of intriguing ideas in a way that lets the reader pick and choose what best suits their own situation.

Wonderful book! I read and read and read it (when I should have been doing other things)....hard to put down. Very easy to read with useful information on designing and creating a permaculture garden. I have put a number of suggestions into place already. Highly recommended reading.

This is an EXCELLENT book and I highly recommend it. It is very easy to read and breaks setting up a permaculture garden down into understandable and easy to follow steps. Filling you with the confidence to give it a go yourself.It is a book never far from my hand!
