This is a fantastic Tarot set for vampire and Dracula lovers. There are a few vampire-themed decks out there, but arguably none as well thought out as this. The companion book is devoted to the history and philosophy of the Tarot, as well as the legend of the vampire in art and literature. The only things I didn't like were the square corners Apart from that complaint, this set is fantastic.

The cardstock is thick, but the corners are aquare which means they easily get damaged. Apart from that complaint, this set is fantastic.

There is a chapter devoted to the Majors, and a chapter focusing on the Minors. I like the re-naming of the suits, which Place calls the "tools of the vampire hunter". They give some interesting nuances to the traditional card meanings. The only thing I didn't like personally was the square corners, but these can be rounded with a corner cutter.
