The World Spirit Tarot is quite a diverse deck, showing many different backgrounds of people and places, with some nudity.
Cards have been re named from the usual more traditional names. The reversals also have a name change.
Quite different in colours and images to other tarot decks, also different for each suit. having a more shadowed look about the cards, which is really magnificent. This deck may not be one of the pretty ones, but the images, colours, and design are quite captivating. World Spirit Tarot is definitely one of my many favourite decks, the accompanying book is excellent too.

Although some of the cards differ slightly from the strict RW depictions, overall there is enough resemblance to make this deck easy to use, even if you aren't an advanced reader. The artwork itself is beautiful in a very bold, colourful way; the pictures are detailed and extraordinarily vivid, stylistically resembling woodcut images. If you're looking for a vibrant, lively and engaging deck to use - especially one that allows for exploration of multi-cultural aspects not generally seen in tarot symbology - then I recommend this deck.
