This is an excellent set for the tarot enthusiast with an interest in dragons, or the dragon lover curious about the tarot! The book is both charming and helpful, and the artwork on the cards is gorgeous. (The picture of the cover on this page will show you the style of the artwork, so I won't go into that here). The card stock is of high quality, as to be expected of US Games decks. The backs are fully reversible.
It's suitable for the brand-new beginner to tarot as it is easy to read with. I think it would be even better if you already have some basic tarot knowledge behind you and are familiar with the Rider Waite Smith deck (or any others which follow a similar system) as some of the (scenic) minors are a bit sparse in imagery.
A lovely deck, and even better with the addition of the book. It's fun to enter what the author calls "Dragonland" and trade the mundane for the fantastical for a short while. It has quickly become one of my favourites!
