Good book that explains food chemical intolerence and alergys.
The recipies are very helpful for those who need to avoid certain food groups. The book covers a complete range of foods begining with breakfast and finishing with treats for both adults and children.
While investigating my son's medical problems, I came across the earlier edition to this book. While the recipes were good, and the food labelling was good, I found the lack of pictures made the recipes seem non interesring. I did, however try some of the recipes, and they worked well. If this book has fresh pictures then it would be a good investment for anyone who has intolerances.
