So many great recipes in this books, I honestly didn’t know where to start. Whether you are cooking for yourself or for the family or throwing a dinner party with you friends or maybe just trying to impress the in laws or that special someone, this is your book; you won’t find another one better. This also makes a great present I bought it for my friend a few yrs ago to put in her glory box and now that she’s moved out she wouldn’t survive without it. Fishpond beats the price to don’t bother looking anywhere else, your wasting your time.

What a fantastic, easy to use cookbook. I have never seen a cookbook set out the same way and think it's great. There is so much detail so even though there aren't alot of photos the descriptions are precise and complete. Easy to follow and read and absolutely mouthwatering receipes. The only french cookbook must-have!

I am thoroughly enjoying this adventure. I have several good books on French Cooking but no one has brought the whole experience together as well. My thanks to those who ensure that the contributions made by Julia Child, Simone Beck, Louisette Bertholle et al are not forgotten.
