Lobo Laab-Namtok Seasoning Mix 30g. Thai Food. This tasty dish was brought to Bangkok by the people of E-san (North Eastern provinces, near the Mekong River). The blend of local herbs and lime juice makes this dish tangy and very refreshing. Usually Laab-Namtok is served with steamed sticky rice. Made from: roasted rice, dry chilli, salt, spices, soy sauce powder, MSG, citric acid and natural colourings. Recipe Idea: Laab-Namtok 1. Prepare 300g of any meat, bake or grill the meat. 2. Put the cooked meat in a wok or a frying pan and add ¼ cup (60 ml) of water and stir-fry until done, add the contents of this packet and mix well. 3. Add fish sauce to taste. Garnish with shallots, mint leaves and spring onions. 4. Serve with sticky rice. No Preservatives added.
