About the Author

Toby D. Smith, a financial consultant, photographer, and writer, lives in Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, and an MBA, both from the University of Maryland. During an eighteen-year Alaska-based career, he led multiple non-profit organizations focused on wilderness preservation, education, and advocacy. He has driven through fifty U.S. states, traveled across five continents, and visited over fifty countries. Across Eurasia is his first book.
