Anna on
I have always been an avid fan of Mercedes Lackey's Valdermar series, so when Joust came out wasn't particularly interested. Fortunately I had a lazy weekend with nothing to read so bought myself a copy of Joust. I was hooked. Mercedes Lackey's characters are never super bold and all knowing. They have there doubts and trepidations but try their best.
Aerie is the fourth in this series. It was a very gfood read but there were a few references that weren't really cleared up. It sort of felt like there might be another book in the offing. Will definitely keep an eye out. But all in all a very good read.
