Michael Morpurgo OBE is the third UK Children's Laureate and an award-winning and bestselling author of over fifty books, including modern children's classics War Horse, Private Peaceful and The Butterfly Lion. He is considered one of the greatest writers for children living in Britain today. Michael lives in Devon. Ross Collins won the MacMillan Children's Book Prize for his first book The Sea Hole and was shortlisted for the Kate Greenaway medal. Ross has illustrated over 100 books and written a dozen himself. His story The Elephantom was adapted into a play by the creative team behind War Horse. He lives in Glasgow.
