About the Author
Mythic has collaborated with the biggest names in Franco-Belgian comics, such as Yann, Rosinski and Walthery. Following the death of "Alpha's" original scriptwriter, Pascal Renard, in 1996, Mythic took over writing the series from Volume Three. Youri Jigounov is a Russian graphic artist; he also illustrated a collection entitled Les Lettres de Krivstov (Le Lombard, 1994). He created "Alpha" with Renard, depicting a Russia torn by the power struggle between secret police and the Russian mafia.
